Holistic Health is an approach to Health that englobes all physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of our well-being. The term "holism" means that all parts are interconnected and function as a whole. A holistic approach considers the body as a whole, where all organs and systems are interconnected. In medicine, it is about considering all the factors influencing diseases, not only their biological and physical dimensions. Healing considers the whole person, body, mind and spirit.
CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to access the subconscious mind and reframe the beliefs and judgments that have been deeply ingrained over time. Every day, your conscious mind filters your experiences through interpretations shaped by your life story. While these judgments often help you make sense of the world, they can sometimes stop serving you—leading to stress, emotional responses, and even physical health challenges.

This program includes 5 sessions of hypnotherapy with a follow-up in nutrition, all simultaneously, to allow the behaviours to shift first and then be put into practice.
